Production Notes

It starts with juniper berries, bay laurel, and fresh cilantro layered in a botanicals basket. The other 16 ingredients are steeped overnight in a gleaming copper pot still. The next morning, gentle steam heat is applied to coax out all of the beautiful flavors and aromas. The penultimate step is bottling, and the final piece of the puzzle is the first time you pour yourself a drink.
