Tasting Notes

Superb flavor with notes of cedar and light smoky nuances. Bold, juicy fruits, with lots of depth.  Finds that perfect middle ground between a bourbon and an Irish whiskey.

Production Notes

Distilled from Irish malt, corn, German malt, and water from the Newark Watersheds in the Appalachian Highlands. Made with corn mash reviving the use of a pot still method, which had fallen out of favor over the last century. Aged in virgin American white oak barrels. r bar?
