This cocktail set includes:

• 1 750ml bottle of Baldoria Rosso Vermouth
• 1 750ml bottle of Baldoria Dry Umami Vermouth
• 1 750ml bottle of Aviation Gin
• 1 750ml bottle of Campari
  

Ingredients:

• .66 oz 20 ml Baldoria Rosso Vermouth
• .33 oz Baldoria Dry Umami Vermouth
• .66 oz Aviation
• .5 oz Campari

 Method: Pour the ingredients into a mixing glass with ice and stir for 15 to 20 seconds until well-chilled. Strain into rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with an orange wedge.

Serve along with salty olives, salted roasted nuts, a charcuterie plate, and hard cheeses.
