All deliveries must be received by an adult of legal drinking age and this person must have photo identification present if asked for proof of age.

Availability varies by product. Please enter your zip code on a product page to check its availability at your delivery address. Curiada serves ~80% (and counting) of the United States.

Curiada.com is not currently available outside of the United States.

How much is shipping?

Orders ship for a flat rate of $17.99.

Every order automatically includes shipping protection to ensure your items make it safely to their destination in good condition. Learn more about that here.

When can I expect to receive my order?

Under normal circumstances delivery usually occurs within 4-10 days. However, because of supply chain disruptions, and higher demand for shipping services, we continue to experience delays.

Orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday during business hours. 

Typically, most orders are processed within 72 hours, though depending on items ordered there may be delays of up to 10 business days. Carriers pick up fulfilled orders Monday through Friday.  This means that an order placed Wednesday or Thursday will likely ship the following week. 

Depending on the delivery address, delivery can take between 1-14 days once your order is shipped.

Like all spirits retailers, our retail partners use networks of regional, local, and last-minute delivery services that specialize in transporting alcohol to ensure your order makes it to you safely and in excellent condition. Sometimes this takes a few more days than might be expected. We promise it's worth the wait!

We will notify anyone whose order is projected to be delayed and communicate an expected timeline for delivery. Thank you for your patience!

Will I have to sign for it?

Orders are fulfilled by premium carriers that specialize in the transport of spirits and wine and last mile delivery services. Rest assured we will work with you, the retailer, and the carrier to coordinate delivery of your order at a time when it can be signed for. If this is not possible, the order can be routed somewhere local to be held for you. 

If a first delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will call you to schedule the next one. (Please answer phone calls from unknown numbers if you are expecting a delivery!) The carrier will make 2 further delivery attempts.

Mix ups are rare. Occasionally 3 delivery attempts are made, the carrier calls you and can't get through, or someone makes a mistake and an order is returned to sender. When this happens, we have your order sent right back out to you at our expense.

What is your return policy?

Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns. 

If you're unhappy with a product, let us know and we'll help you get something you'll enjoy.

What do I do if my order is missing or damaged?

Every single Curiada order is insured.

If you experience a problem with a delivery or a product, please let us know within 7 days of receipt.

Please include; recipient's name, order number, brief explanation, and photos where possible. We will promptly address it.
