All deliveries must be received by an adult of legal drinking age and this person must have photo identification present if asked for proof of age.

Multiple delivery attempts will be made if the initial delivery attempt is unsuccessful. See the following question for more details on multiple delivery attempts.
What if no one is available to sign?
If nobody is available to sign the carrier will make 2 more delivery attempts on consecutive days.
After 3 failed delivery attempts, the order will be returned. When that happens we ship it back out to you on the house.
Hiccups ups are rare. 99% of orders are successfully delivered. You can also work with a carrier to route a package to a local pick up location if plans have changed and you'll be away.
When will my order ship out?
As of Spring 2025, 95% of orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours and 99% of orders are processed and shipped within 5 days.
Orders are both processed and picked up by carriers Monday through Saturday.
In the rare event of a delay or order issue we'll contact you proactively.
When will my order be delivered?
Average transit time is 3 days. You'll receive tracking details once your order is fulfilled. Keep an eye on them, if for some reason they're not updating just let us know and we'll sort it out no worries.
When will I get an update on my order?
You'll receive email notifications when your order is packed, shipped, and out for delivery. The shipping notification includes tracking details from the carrier.
What do I do if my order is missing or damaged?
Every single Curiada order is insured.
In the very rare instances of lost orders or damaged items we send out replacements right away just let us know. Include recipient's name and a great photo. That's all we need and we'll take care of the rest.
What is your return policy?
Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns.
If you're unhappy with a product, let us know and we'll help you get something you'll enjoy.
Where is Curiada available?
Curiada is currently available in about 80% (and counting) of the United States. If our service is not available in your area, you will be notified at checkout.
