For more information, please see the full delivery policy.
What are your shipping rates?
Orders ship for a flat rate of $17.99.
Why don't you offer free shipping?
We do! Check out our free shipping collection. Add one of these bottles to your cart and free shipping is extended to your entire order.
We would love to offer free shipping on all our products, but glass bottles filled with liquid are heavy and fragile. Plus they require a signature at delivery.
All of this adds up to additional time and care that must be taken in order to get you your bottles safely and in good condition!
We're doing our best to reduce our shipping fees, and rest assured we will let you know the minute we have news on that front!
Can I include a gift message with my order?
Yes! Add the message on the cart page, or email your name, order number, and the message you'd like to send to email@example.com.
Does the price appear on the order packing slip?
Are gift cards available?
No, not at the moment. We would love to help you select the right bottle for the right person and occasion. Send a couple details our way and we'll get back to you quickly firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do I need to be 21 to place an order?
Absolutely. Someone 21+ must be available to sign for the delivery.
What do I do if my order is missing or damaged?
Every single Curiada order is insured. It’s extremely important to us that you have a positive experience. So, if you have any issues please let us know as soon as possible and we’ll figure it out together.
Is there a Curiada app?
Where does the name Curiada come from?
It's made up! It's a portmanteau of the word "curiosity" and the word "curadoria," which is Portuguese for curation. You pronounce itkjʊr/-/i/-/ɑd/-/ə/ (cure-ee-odd-uh), but frankly, however you pronounce it is fine by as, as long as you visit (and order!) often.
