Empirical Spirits Collection

Building on an endless drive to experiment and discover, the team at Empirical Spirits is exploring new drink territory, using only natural ingredients, creating everything from scratch and innovating entirely new beverage categories.  The aim is to evoke memory, sensation, experience, and emotion through flavor. 

Based in Copenhagen, Denmark, the small distillery was founded by Lars Williams and Mark Emil Hermansen. Williams formerly headed up The Nordic Food Lab, the experimental food research arm of Noma chef René Redzepi.
