  • 0.50 fl oz Hot water

Directions

  • Dash bitters over sugar cube in base of mixing glass
  • Add hot water to mixing glass
  • Crush sugar cube with muddler and stir to dissolve sugar
  • Add cognac to mixing glass
  • Add ice to mixing glass and stir well
  • Strain into chilled coupe glass
  • Express oils from orange zest over drink by flaming
  • Garnish with flamed orange zest twist
