Cocktail Description

The Peach Negroni Sour takes the bitter backbone of Italy's most famous aperitif and softens it with ripe peach sweetness and tart grapefruit juice, creating a drink that's both familiar and refreshingly unexpected.

This cocktail balances the distinctive bitterness of Campari with the fruity richness of peach liqueur, while vodka keeps things clean and grapefruit juice adds bright citrus notes that tie everything together. The sugar cane syrup rounds out the sharp edges without making the drink cloying. You'll get a beautiful coral-pink color in the glass, with flavors that shift from sweet stone fruit on the first sip to pleasantly bitter citrus on the finish. It's an excellent pre-dinner drink that stimulates the appetite, perfect for warm evenings on the patio or weekend brunch gatherings when you want something more interesting than a basic mimosa. The shake-and-strain method makes this incredibly easy to prepare—no special techniques required, just vigorous shaking to properly chill and dilute the ingredients. Pair it with antipasti plates featuring cured meats and aged cheeses, grilled shrimp skewers with herbs, or even spicy Thai dishes where the fruity-bitter profile can stand up to bold flavors.
