2 oz sparkling wine, like La Marca Prosecco
Add 4-5 ice cubes to a glass.
Add sparkling, and then Orancia
Garnish with 3 grapes.
1 oz Savoia Orancio
2 dashes St George Absinthe Verte
Combine ingredients in a mixing glass and stir with ice until cold (about 10-15 seconds).
Garnish with an orange peel, expressing the oil over the top.
I've subbed sweet vermouth in just about any standard cocktail (Manhattan, Negroni, Martini Perfect, Rob Roy and others) and it pretty much makes a whole new cocktail while keeping to the original cocktail's flavor profile. Hard to describe - you'd have to try it for yourself to see if you agree.

Something new to try. Great alternative vermouth to use in cocktails! highly suggested to try in your negroni, americano, and why not on a Margarita! I tried the recipe suggested by the brand and is delicious!
Aperitivo is a big passion of mine but I find most of the products to have similar taste profiles, this is something different with notes of citrus, red fruits and spices, so pleased with it.
The flavor is uniquely spot on—fresh and perfectly balanced. It’s smooth, versatile and works just as well on its own as it does in a cocktail, favourite being the spritz or margarita. Definitely a quality product that I’ll be reaching for again!
