Clear Creek's Douglas Fir Brandy gets its distinctive green hue naturally from springtime fir buds, hand-picked at 3,000 feet elevation in Oregon's Mount Hood National Forest. No artificial coloring is used!

This brandy was inspired by an obscure Alsatian liqueur called Eau de Vie de Bourgeons de Sapin, which the distillery's founder discovered while studying in Europe. Clear Creek's version is the only Douglas fir-flavored spirit produced in America.
