A limited edition that's the first of Denizen's new single origin release program, The Wanderer Series. It's a rare blend of four distinct rums both pot and column distilled that spent eight years aging before a finishing stint in ex-Port casks. Received Double Gold and named Rum of the Year by Bartender Spirits Awards and received a high 97 point rating.
Bold with a high ABV, touch of hogo that softens and mellows out. Beyond that it has a great flavor profile that moves from caramel and bananas foster to a warm cinnamon-spiced, creamy finish. To quote Christopher Null of Drink Hacker, "This needs to find a home in someone’s tiki cocktail repertoire pronto".
