1.5 oz simple syrup
0.5 oz Cherry Heering
1 oz lemon juice
2 dashes orange blossom water
Sparkling wine
Add all ingredients except sparkling wine to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake.
Strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice.
Top with sparkling wine and garnish with mint.

0.75 oz fresh lime juice
2 dashes Angostura Bitters

Add all ingredients (except the Jamaican rum) to a cocktail shaker along with three small ice cubes.
Strain into a small wine glass.
Add 1 oz of the Jamaican rum* as a float on top.
