Nose: Juniper forward with bright citrus notes of lemon and grapefruit. Subtle floral aromas of jasmine and orris root. Hints of coriander and angelica add depth.

Palate: Smooth and well-balanced. Juniper remains prominent, accompanied by zesty orange peel and lemon. Cassia bark provides a gentle warmth. Earthy angelica root and subtle peppery notes create complexity.

Finish: Medium-long with lingering juniper and citrus. A pleasant dryness emerges, complemented by a slight spiciness from ginger and coriander. Clean and crisp, leaving a refreshing impression.

Fords Gin is crafted using a unique two-step distillation process, beginning with a base spirit made from English wheat. The botanicals, including juniper, coriander, and angelica root, are steeped for 15 hours before being distilled in a 500-liter still, resulting in a balanced and flavorful London Dry style gin.

• Fords Gin uses a unique "split base" distillation method, where half of the botanicals are steeped for 15 hours before distillation, while the other half are placed in the still's vapor basket. This technique creates a more complex flavor profile than traditional single-method distillation.
• The bottle's design features a map of the gin's journey, tracing the origins of its nine botanicals from around the world. Each bottle includes a mini-bartender's guide under the back label, offering cocktail recipes and serving suggestions.
• Fords Gin was created through a collaboration between 8th generation Master Distiller Charles Maxwell and acclaimed bartender Simon Ford. They tested over 83 different recipes before settling on the final formulation, which was specifically designed to shine in cocktails.
