Real coconut, harvested from the island’s rugged interior and Barbados Rum, distilled and tropically-aged just steps from the sea. Fresh, local coconuts are harvested at peak maturity, cracked open, and laid outside to naturally dry. These dried chunks of coconut are infused in a blend of column and pot still Barbadian rum, then this decadent infusion is blended with Barbados rum aged up to 3 years old.
