Combier Spirits’ story started in 1834 when Jean-Baptiste Combier and his wife transformed the back of their confectionery store into a distillery. They invented Combier Liqueur d'Orange, a blend of sweet and bitter orange peels, known today as the world’s first Triple Sec. Over the years, Combier expanded its product line, creating eaux-de-vie, absinthes, and syrups, but never straying from its fundamental commitment to artisanal methods and quality ingredients. The distillery still operates from its original 19th-century location, using the same copper stills to produce an array of ingenious and evocative spirits.
