.75 oz Baldoria Dry Vermouth
.5 oz. St-Germain
1 dash orange bitters

Rinse your coupe with mezcal, then discard.
Stir the rest of the ingredients on ice until very cold.
Strain into prepared coupe.
Express grapefruit twist over the drink and garnish with it.
1.5 oz Lost Explorer, or another Espadin Mezcal
0.75 oz Suze
0.5 oz St-Germain
Several dashes of orange bitters, like Angostura
Grapefruit, as garnish
Stir all the ingredients over ice.
Strain into an, old-fashioned glass over one large-format ice cube.
Garnish with the grapefruit twist.
7 oz blended scotch whisky, like Monkey Shoulder
2 oz Combier Crème de Mûre Blackberry Liqueur
2 oz St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur
4 oz cranberry juice
17.5 oz soda water
fresh apple slices and fresh red berries
Add ice to a large pitcher.
Add a generous amount of apple slices and berries
Add the rest of the ingredients and stir before pouring.
Serve in a mason jars filled with ice.
