Smoooth. Perfect for mixes requiring light rum. My wife uses it in hurricanes with real fashionola. Her favorite drink. Cuba libre with Mexican Coke in the glass bottles is delicious with the Probitas. Even straight up it’s sublime. I’m not an experienced rum drinker, but it’s opener up a new spirit for me to enjoy.
