Hamilton Jamaican Pot Still Black Rum is a bold, funky spirit that captures the essence of traditional Jamaican rum-making. A blend of extra light, light and heavy pot still rums distilled from fermented molasses from the Worthy Park Estate sugar mill resulting in a complex profile with notes of tropical fruit, molasses, and a hint of smoke. Interestingly, the creator of this rum, Ed Hamilton, is known as the "Minister of Rum" in cocktail circles. He personally travels to distilleries around the Caribbean to select and blend rums, ensuring each bottle meets his exacting standards.
