.75 oz fresh lime juice
.5 oz grapefruit juice
.5 oz simple syrup
Lime wedge and mint sprig for garnish.
Shake well with lots of crushed ice.
Pour unstrained into a double old-fashioned glass.

1.75 oz Monkey Shoulder Scotch
1.5 oz apple cider
.5 oz Amaro Averna
.5 tsp St. Elizabeth All Spice Dram
2 tsp Demerara Syrup
2 dashes of Angostura Bitters
.25 oz lemon juice
