Papa Rouyo 2022 is a micro-distillery rum that represents just 4 hectares of terroir in Guadeloupe, crafted from two distinct sugarcane varieties (Canne Matos and Canne Red) and bottled at full strength after only one year of tropical aging that already claimed over 8% to the angels delivering an astonishingly high ester content of 101.6 gr/hLPA that punches well above its age with intensely floral honeysuckle and candied ginger notes that seem impossible for such a young spirit.
