Perhaps it is just nostalgia, but this reminds me of the small family Italian restaurant we used to go to in Stuttgart where a small glass of this, ramazzotti or limoncello came at the end of the meal. It is a beautiful way to end a meal and listen to music and talk with friends and family. More than a flavor, it is an experience with a nice mix of herbs that are not overpowering, a nice balance of sweet vs dry and a unique taste. Highly recommended.
