.5 oz Ancho Reyes Barrica Mexican Chile Liqueur

.75 oz brewed espresso

.25 oz simple syrup, like Liber & Co. Classic Gum Syrup

Directions

Combine all ingredients over ice. Shake until well chilled. Double strain into a chilled coupe or cocktail glass. Garnish with 3 coffee beans.

.25 oz Midori Melon Liqueur

.25 oz Blue Curaçao

1.5 oz freshly squeezed orange juice

1.5 oz chilled lemon-lime soda, or to taste
