A simply irresistible, zesty aroma perfectly complemented by a Ferrand Cognac base. It brings depth and complexity not typically found in citrus liqueurs.
Tasting Notes for Ferrand Dry Curaçao Yuzu Late Harvest
Opens with aromas of zesty yuzu and mandarin followed by vanilla and marzipan, with a touch of flowers (rose and geranium) and herbaceousness. The palate is rich and round, following the nose with a candied citrus profile (yuzu, mandarin, lime) and waxy impressions of tropical fruits, almond, plums, toffee, nutmeg and tea. The finish is very long on citrus, herbs, and sweet pastry notes with soft spices and vanilla.
- Use as you would a classic triple sec, with a distinctive taste all its own. Adds a gourmet twist to Margaritas, Mai Tais, Sidecars or other citrus cocktails. Also lovely drizzled over pound cake or roasted grapefruit.

- 2 oz Ferrand Dry Curaçao Yuzu Late Harvest
- 1.5 oz Fresh pineapple juice
- 1.5 oz Coconut Milk
- .75 oz Simple Syrup
- 1 egg white
- Method: Add ice and all the ingredients in a shaker. Shake well and double strain. Garnish with fresh mint.
