1 oz Plymouth Gin
.75 oz Cointreau
.75 oz Lillet Blanc
.75 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
Pastis, for the rinse
Rinse a coupe or martini glass with a small amount of Pastis. Discard.
Shake all other ingredients together in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
Fine strain into the prepared glass.
Optional: garnish with a lemon twist.
1.5 oz Beefeater or another London Dry Gin
0.75 oz Barrow’s Intense Ginger Liqueur
0.5 oz Cointreau or another triple sec
2 dashes Angostura Orange Bitters
0.5 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
Combine all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice.
Stir for 20 seconds.
Pour into a martini glass.
Rub a thin slice of blood orange around the rim of the glass and then place it in the drink.
1.5 oz Novo Fogo Silver Cachaça
0.5 oz Cointreau
0.5 oz Giffard Banane du Brésil Liqueur
0.5 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
Chunk of fresh banana slice for garnish
Shake all ingredients with ice.
Strain into a prepared chilled coupe or martini glass.
Add banana chunk on the side or on a skewer for garnish.
