  • The distillery uses a rare copper pot still from Germany that's over 100 years old, believed to be one of only four of its kind left in the world, to create their pear brandy's exceptionally pure flavor.
  • Clear Creek's founder, Steve McCarthy, was inspired to make pear brandy after tasting an exceptional Swiss Poire Williams. He spent years perfecting his recipe, even traveling to Europe to learn traditional distilling techniques before launching the product in 1985.
