Love this Gin. It’s a little sweeter and floral that a London dry. So if you’re looking for a more dry juniper forward gin this is not that but it’s great in fruity or floral cocktails.
Had this recommended to me by a bartender because of the herbal notes and it has totally transformed by gin cocktail experience.
Beautiful color and nice flavor notes through out the cocktail. Really love this in the Aviation Cocktail especially adding a deeper richer color profile to that presentation of it
I immediately disliked this one on it's own, so I tried to work it into a number of different cocktail recipes. Perhaps I'm just no good at mixing with this one, but I'm willing to have my mind changed if there are any good ideas. At the moment I'm going to NOT recommend this one.
Instead: I would reccomend St. George Gins or The Botanist.
