Add Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin, Mezcal, Aperol, and Lillet Blanc into a mixing glass.
Add ice and stir well for 30 seconds.
Pour into prepared smoked glass.
Gently squeeze the orange peel over your cocktail to release oils and aroma.
Rub the peel around the glass rim, then drop it in as a garnish.
I got recommended this by my local liquor store, and it's now the only liquor I make sure to keep on hand, even family members who say they don't like gin enjoy the gin and tonic I make with this, I will absolutely keep buying it, and I look forward to trying the rest of the offerings Drumshanbo makes!
I love this Gin. While I would normally drink gin as a G&T, I have enjoyed this gin on the rocks. I love the flavor profile.

This is a fantastic gin and one of my favorites. I was introduced to it by a previous boyfriend's father. His father, originally from Ireland, asks his older children, who still living in Ireland, to bring it to him whenever they come to visit the UK. It is perfect with a grapefruit slice in a G&T. A lime just doesn't do justice to this herbal, rounded, botanical mix. It is perfect by itself and gives depth of flavor to a tonic. Don't water it down with too much ice, just enough to make it cold. We always do a large square cocktail ice cube in a low-ball glass, about 2/3 tonic or a little less to 1/3 gin, with a wedge of squeezed grapefruit. Perfect!
