Neisson Rhum Agricole Blanc is distilled from fresh sugar cane juice grown exclusively on the Thieubert-Carbet estate surrounding the distillery, using a single-column copper continuous still after a three-day fermentation that develops superior full flavor. Though unaged, this clear rhum rests for at least three months at the distillery before bottling, allowing the rich, fresh cane character to blossom and integrate.
