Nose: The first impression is bold and spicy, with black pepper and clove leading the way alongside a medicinal camphor note.

Palate: Lively and creamy at the same time. Licorice and honey appear first, along with fresh sugarcane and vegetal notes that speak to the rum's agricultural roots.

Finish: Long and silky with persistent juicy pineapple notes. There's a tannic quality reminiscent of cane wood, balanced by creamy vanilla custard and tropical coconut and lychee.

Providence 2020 is crafted from an intriguing blend of concentrated sugarcane syrup and fresh Cristalline juice harvested in Saint-Michel-de-l'Attalaye, then fermented with selected yeasts plus dunder. Then pot-distilled and aged for four years exclusively in ex-Caroni casks, resulting in a remarkable 265 gr/hlPA ester content and a whopping 25% angel's share that concentrates this Haitian spirit into something truly exceptional.
