View RecipesI have not had any of Rabbit Hole bourbon before, so the Dareringer Sherry was my first. I found this bourbon to be rather delicious. It was not overly sweet, but maybe a tad more heat would have been interesting. I would buy this bourbon again, despite the price being perhaps a bit higher than I think it should be. And for the record, I am no bourbon expert and my wife and I are new to bourbon. However, I know what I like, which in the end is probably what matters. :)
Bought this recently as it was brought into my own bar as one of three super premium whiskeys. It is disgustingly delicious, goes down like water, and it even knocked off my old favorite Big Bottom Barlow Trail Sherry Casked as number one. If you like your whiskey sherried, give this one a try.
This is a phenomenal bottle. The sherry barrels add so much complexity to the finish. It’s a great change of pace and I would highly recommend it!
