Nose: Elegant and rich with notes of baked pastry, raisin, honey, and vanilla, beautifully layered with bright jasmine and honeysuckle.

Palate: Velvety and full-bodied. Candied fruit and sweet honey transition into a complex mid-palate of saffron, ginger, nutmeg, and cedarwood.

Finish: Exceptionally long, fading gracefully with lingering dark chocolate, grilled walnut, and old leather.

Crafted entirely from Ugni Blanc grapes grown in Grande Champagne's chalky soils. The wine is double-distilled "on the lees" (with the yeast sediment) in traditional Charentais copper pot stills to maximize depth, then aged for decades in French oak within Ferrand’s historic "Paradise Cellar."
