This is the ultimate cocktail Cognac. Its best application is acting as the base spirit in traditional nineteenth century drinks like the Sazerac, the Mint Julep, or the Brandy Crusta. Its higher proof also makes it an excellent choice for a vibrant French 75.

Nose: Fresh and floral with bright aromas of ripe grape, meadow flowers, acacia blossom, and a hint of cedar.

Palate: Warm and fruit forward. Sweet notes of baked apple and honey blend with subtle baking spices and vanilla.

It is crafted exclusively from Ugni Blanc grapes grown in the prestigious Grande Champagne cru.
