Nose: Molasses, brown sugar, and vanilla leap from the glass. Dried tropical fruits like banana and pineapple mingle with warm baking spices. A hint of oak and a subtle smokiness round out the aroma.
Palate: Rich and full-bodied. Dark caramel and toffee flavors dominate, balanced by notes of ripe mango and papaya. The high proof brings warmth and intensity, carrying flavors of nutmeg, cinnamon, and black pepper. A subtle earthiness reminiscent of tobacco leaf adds complexity.
Finish: Long and warming. The sweetness fades, giving way to lingering spices and a pleasant oakiness. Hints of coffee and dark chocolate emerge, along with a touch of sea salt. The heat from the high alcohol content persists, leaving a satisfying tingle on the palate.
