• Beefeater's iconic bottle design features images of eight Yeomen Warders (aka "Beefeaters"), but if you look closely, you'll notice one is always facing backwards. This quirky detail was added as a nod to the distillery's founder, James Burrough, who was known for his attention to detail and love of hidden surprises.
• During World War II, the Beefeater distillery in London was bombed, destroying much of the building. However, the copper stills miraculously survived intact. These same stills, now over 100 years old, are still used to produce Beefeater Gin today, lending a unique historical character to every bottle.
