.75 oz Grand Marnier

.75 oz red sweet vermouth, like Baldoria

freshly-squeezed lemon juice (to taste) & rind

Directions

Add gin, Grand Marnier, vermouth, and lemon juice (to taste, not more than .25 oz) to cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well and strain into a cocktail glass. Lightly express the oils of the lemon rind over the surface of the drink.

1.5 oz Irish Whiskey

.5 oz Pierre Ferrand Dry Orange Curaçao

.5 oz sweet vermouth

.5 oz freshly squeezed lime juice

2 dashes Angostura Bitters

Directions

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Fill with ice and shake until well chilled, about 20 seconds. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lime twist.
