I used to be a gin person and into sipping, but my tastes have changed and now I'm more into cocktails and have a greater appreciation for other spirits. I could definitely sip this, though.

I'm always on the lookout for unusual spirits, and this one sounded very unique. It is a purchase that I am quite pleased with. It Smells of butterscotch and fruit, maybe cherries. Taste starts sweet with a distinct fruity note, again, maybe cherry, and ends with a bit of a suggestion of that butterscotch from earlier with a bit of spice throughout. Mouth feel is velvety, with just enough weight to let one know it's there. I have not tried it in a cocktail yet, because it's just about perfect to be drunk neat.
I bought this largely on the reviews but this is not my flavor profile. To me there is an unpleasant aftertaste. I tried it with Fever Tree tonic. I will finish it with some fruity cocktails to cover the aftertaste. I can’t imagine this in a martini.
Not 'Good'. There are dozens of better vodka options with sustainability in their DNA.
