Tasting notes

It starts with famous Buchanan’s scotch whisky, then layers in flavors of pineapple, basil, and cracked pepper.  The bright, zesty flavor of juicy pineapple is complemented by the light caramel and vanilla notes of scotch. A smooth, lingering, and tropical finish.

• Adds a deeper, richer flavor to pina coladas and other tropical drinks

Production Notes

Buchanan's Pineapple is the first flavored whisky from Buchanan’s. In fact, the spirit was in part inspired by a cocktail particularly popular with Hispanic Americans, the Buchanita, which mixes Buchanan’s and pineapple juice.

With whisky-making expertise of more than 130 years, Buchanan’s is a trusted name in scotch. Created by a Canadian-born Scottish immigrant who later, living in England, recognized the British market was in sore need of scotch, the brand has a storied and eclectic history.

From serving the Royal Household of Queen Victoria and the Prince of Wales in 1898, to its role as a beloved spirit ever-present for parties and festivities across the Americas, Buchanan’s is well-known for its distinct smooth taste and its approachable versatility.
