Canerock is a premium spiced rum crafted by Maison Ferrand. It features a base of 100% Jamaican rum from the Clarendon and Long Pond distilleries, infused with natural spices, and finished in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks.
It elevates the spiced rum category by using authentic ingredients rather than artificial extracts. Real Madagascar vanilla pods, Jamaican ginger, and Caribbean coconut provide genuine flavor. The Pedro Ximénez sherry cask finish adds rich dark fruit notes missing from standard mass-market spiced rums.
It serves as an excellent base for classic tropical cocktails like a Spiced Piña Colada or a Dark and Stormy. Because of its natural ingredients and complex sherry finish, it is also perfectly suited for sipping neat or pouring over a large ice cube.

Well balanced sugar and spice rum we use to make a variety of carribean style cocktails. Wonderful light roasted sugar flavor with spice tones that pair nice with fruity style beverages. We also sure and sip this one straight.
I'm not a fan of this bottle. The nose is sweet and spicy, promising just what I'm looking for in a spiced rum. The initial taste is a burst of hopeful sweetness that quickly becomes overpoweringly saccharine. A hint of spice gives way to burn all too quickly. The aftermath is best characterized by a lingering medicinal taste, reminiscent of the cold & flu syrups of my childhood. Almost works as intended in a good rootbeer.
