Hibiki Japanese Harmony is a skillfully blended whisky that combines at least 10 malt and grain whiskies from Suntory's Yamazaki, Hakushu, and Chita distilleries. What sets it apart is the use of rare Mizunara oak for aging some components, imparting unique flavors like sandalwood and incense, as well as the inclusion of whiskies aged in plum liqueur barrels for a subtle, fruity sweetness.
