    Complexly tasty

    Best rum I've ever had, full of subtle spice, brown sugar, and hints of nut. It would no doubt make very fine mixed drinks but it's so fine it feels like it would be a shame to cover or muddle it with mixers. The very finest mix elements might do but at the moment I haven't figured out what those might be yet. Working on it, you bet, by sipping it and trying to imagine what would be best. I may need another bottle to figure it out.
