Lillet Blanc is refreshing, light, aromatic, and distinct. Crisp like a quality white wine that's been chilled. Lillet's flavor contains notes of honey, flowers, passionfruit, subtle flowers, orange peel other citrus zests.

Production Notes
Lillet Blanc Aperitif is considered an aromatized wine. It's a blend of French Bordeaux wine and macerated liqueurs. The liqueurs are primarily citrus such including sweet orange peels from Spain and Morocco and bitter green orange peels from Haiti. The wine and liqueurs are stirred in Oak vats, and aged following the protocols of Bordeaux wines.
Lillet was created in the late 1800s and became quickly popular in France. In the early 1900s, the product was served to passengers on ships between Europe and America. Lillet gained traction in the United States partially due to its popularity among bartenders at the time. Lillet Blanc makes an appearance in pre-prohibition cocktails like the Corpse Reviver No. 2.

1 oz Beefeater Gin, or another London Dry 1 oz Tempus Fugit Creme de Noyaux 1 oz Lillet Blanc Aperitif
.25 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
Directions
Shake all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker. Double strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Stir all ingredients in a glass over ice. Stir a little longer than you would a typical martini. Pour into a chilled Nick & Nora glass Spritz with additional orange blossom water.

Combine all ingredients except the sparkling water in your cocktail shaker and shake with ice. Strain into a chilled spritz goblet. Top off with sparkling water. Garnish with a lemon slice.

Rinse a coupe or martini glass with a small amount of Pastis. Discard. Shake all other ingredients together in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Fine strain into the prepared glass. Optional: garnish with a lemon twist.
