About Plantation Stiggins' Fancy Pineapple Rum

Note: Plantation brand name has changed to Plantaray. The bottle you receive may have Plantation or Plantaray packaging. It's the same great rum either way.

Take a sip of the Caribbean with Plantation Stiggins' Fancy Pineapple Rum. Infused with natural pineapple flavors, this rum is a delicious addition to any cocktail. Sourced from the finest distilleries in the Caribbean, Plantation's signature blend is made with traditional techniques, resulting in a premium rum perfect for sipping or mixing.

Little Known Fact

Plantation Stiggins' Fancy Pineapple Rum was created in collaboration with cocktail historian David Wondrich, and is named after a character in Charles Dickens' novel "The Pickwick Papers."

Tasting Notes

With a rich golden color, this rum has a sweet aroma of ripe pineapple, complemented by notes of caramel and vanilla. On the palate, it has a smooth, fruity taste with hints of spice, and finishes with a pleasant, warming sensation.

Cocktail Recommendation

For a refreshing tropical drink, try the Pineapple Daiquiri: mix 2 oz Plantation Stiggins' Fancy Pineapple Rum, 1 oz lime juice, and 1/2 oz simple syrup in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled glass, and garnish with a pineapple wedge.

Production Notes

This rum is made from a blend of rums from Barbados and Jamaica, which are aged separately before being blended together and infused with ripe pineapple. The rum is then aged further to allow the flavors to meld, resulting in a smooth and complex spirit.

With its delicious tropical flavor and premium quality, Plantation Stiggins' Fancy Pineapple Rum is a must-have for any home bar. Whether enjoyed neat or in a fruity cocktail, this rum is sure to transport you to the sunny beaches of the Caribbean. Order now and taste the tropics!

    No Fake Pineapple 🍍

This rum is spot on! There is no fake candy taste and the pineapple notes are very subtle making this a nice quality infused rum. I was able to get a smokey version too and also very light on the smoke and pineapple which I appreciated. Makes a great spicy daquiri with fire tincture!

One of the better Pineapple Rums

This isn't your smack you in the face with fake, sweet pineapple flavors type rum. It's a fairly mild flavor mixed with the darker Plantation rum. (you can read the process they use to get the flavor on the bottle I believe) Good for getting a bit of extra pineapple into or complementing pineapple juice in a cocktail. Probably good for sipping too. Plantation is known for adding a bit of extra sugar in most of their rums though, so it's a tad sweetened already. (apparently from their cognac/brandy background?)
