This rum comes from Thailand's only column still, which was originally used to distill whisky before being repurposed for rum production in the early 2000s.

The unique climate of Thailand's Chiang Mai region, where this rum was aged, experiences temperature swings of up to 20°C (68°F) between day and night, leading to accelerated maturation and intensified flavor development.
