  • 2.00 spoon Runny honey
  • 3.00 fl oz Boiling water
  • 1.00 fl oz Freshly squeezed orange juice

Directions

  • Fill toddy glass with boiling water to preheat
  • Empty preheating water from glass
  • Muddle cloves in base of shaker
  • Add boiling water to shaker
  • Stir in honey and other ingredients
  • Fine strain into preheated toddy glass
  • Consider heating in microwave for twenty seconds to boost temperature
  • Dust with grated nutmeg
