2.00 fl oz Beefeater London Dry Gin or alternative

Other Ingredients

0.50 fl oz Honey syrup
3.00 fresh Basil leaves
0.75 fl oz Freshly squeezed lemon juice
2.50 fl oz Pressed apple juice

Directions

Stir honey syrup with gin until honey dissolves
Tear basil leaves and add to shaker with all other ingredients
Add ice to shaker
Shake well
Fine strain into chilled Collins glass
Garnish with basil leaf and apple slice
