Curiada Ingredients

1.00 fl oz Pernod Absinthe or alternative

Other Ingredients

2.00 spoon Runny honey
1.00 fl oz Pressed apple juice
fill glass Ginger ale

Directions

Stir honey with absinthe in base of shaker until honey dissolves
Add apple juice to shaker
Add ice and shake well
Fill old-fashioned glass with ice
Strain mixture into ice-filled glass
Top with ginger ale and stir
Garnish with mint sprig
