Cocktail Description

This ruby-hued riff on the classic Moscow Mule brings fresh raspberries into play, adding a burst of berry brightness to the familiar ginger-lime combo.

The drink starts with muddled raspberries that release their sweet-tart juice and vibrant color, which then mingles with crisp Ketel One Vodka, fresh lime juice, and cane syrup before getting topped with spicy ginger beer. The result tastes like summer in a glass—fruity without being cloying, with the ginger beer's kick balancing the raspberry sweetness and lime's acidity keeping everything refreshingly tart. It's an easy-drinking sipper perfect for warm afternoons on the patio, weekend brunch gatherings, or any time you want something that looks as good as it tastes.

Making this one requires a bit of elbow grease for muddling and a fine strainer to catch raspberry seeds, but it's still approachable for home bartenders with basic shaking skills. The bright, fruity profile pairs beautifully with grilled chicken skewers, fresh salads with goat cheese, or light seafood dishes like shrimp tacos. You could also serve it alongside a cheese board featuring soft, creamy varieties that won't overpower the delicate raspberry notes.
