Cocktail Description

The Strawberry Tom Collins transforms the classic Collins template into a vibrant, fruit-forward sipper that captures the essence of peak strawberry season in a tall, refreshing glass.

This cocktail delivers bright berry sweetness layered with the botanical complexity of Old Tom gin—a slightly sweeter, rounder style than London Dry—while fresh lemon juice cuts through with sharp citrus notes and club soda adds effervescent lift. The muddled strawberries create a beautiful pink hue and contribute fresh fruit flavor that feels natural rather than syrupy. It's an easy-drinking cocktail that requires just a bit of elbow grease for muddling and fine straining, making it accessible for home bartenders who want something prettier and more interesting than a standard highball. Pour this one for garden parties, afternoon gatherings, or anytime you want something that tastes like sunshine without being overly boozy. The combination of gin, strawberry, and bright citrus pairs beautifully with light fare—think grilled shrimp skewers, goat cheese salads, or lemon chicken—though it's substantial enough to stand on its own as a pre-dinner aperitif.
