Cocktail Description

The Tropical Whiteout delivers a blizzard of island flavor that's anything but cold-hearted.

This frozen blended cocktail marries white rum and vodka with bright pineapple and lemon juices, all sweetened with cane syrup and whipped into a frosty, slushy treat. The dual spirit base gives it a clean, smooth kick while the fresh pineapple provides tropical sweetness and the lemon juice cuts through with just enough tartness to keep things balanced. Served in a coconut shell or a tall Collins glass and crowned with pineapple cubes, a Luxardo cherry, and a sprig of mint, it's as photogenic as it is refreshing. This is your ideal poolside sipper on a blazing summer afternoon, a beachside vacation standby, or the star of a backyard tiki party. The blender does all the heavy lifting, making this ridiculously easy to prepare—just toss everything in with crushed ice and let it rip. Pair it with grilled shrimp skewers, fish tacos, or jerk chicken to complement the tropical vibes, or serve alongside lighter fare like ceviche or a crisp mango salad.
