Cocktails to Showcase Tanglin Gin

Ingredients

1 part Tanglin Gin
4 parts tonic
Cinnamon stick
Orange wheel

Method

Fill a glass with ice. Pour in gin. Top with tonic (Mediterranean preferred.)  Garnish with an orange wheel and a single cinnamon stick.

3 parts Tanglin Gin
2 parts Americano Cocchi Rosa
1 part Fernet-Branca
Orange peel

Method

Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice. Stir until very cold, then pour into a fresh glass (ice or no, your choice.) Express the oils of an orange peel into the glass and garnish.
